Fteri beach is a hidden gem on Kefalonia island. It is a virgin spot which is located in the northern part of Paliki peninsula close to the town of Lixouri.
The turquoise waters and white pebbles surrounded by limestone rocks create a paradise scenery. At short distance from the shore there is high cliff from which you can dive into the crystal waters.
The beach retains its natural beauty as there is no road access to it.
You can reach the beach by walking along a mountain path. (It is about 45 minutes walking)
You need sturdy shoes (TRAINER SHOES), agility and a bit of courage for this one.
Otherwise you can access it by taxi boat or daily cruises depart from Agia Kyriaki.
There are no amenities on the beach on the beach so you must carry with you everything you want.
